Asolo is located at the center of a mostly hilly territory between the Piave and the Brenta, between Monte Grappa and the lush plains of Castelfranco. The landscape offers lovely views, a mild climate, such a wealth of works of art that make dell’Asolano a lovely place. The territory is the hometown of Canova, one of the most important sculptors and painters exponents of Neoclassicism that is born in the town of Possagno.
