I GIARDINI DI VILLA TARANTOThe gardens of Villa Taranto in Verbania located between Intra and Pallanza, are known throughout the world for their beauty and for the wealth of floral species that host. Result of laborious processing undertaken by Captain Mc Eacharn in 1931, these gardens with a thousand shades of colors and heady scents of a thousand from March to November offer wonderful floral decorations to visitors. Represents one of the most important botanical gardens in the world with thousands of species of plants and flowers from all over the place and harmoniously distributed over an area of about 16 hectares, crossed by 7 km of paths. Impossible, even if only briefly, give an idea of the wealth of colors, scents and emotions: eucalyptus trees, azaleas, rhododendrons, magnolias, michelie, maples, camellias, dahlias, tulips, lotus flowers, heathers, dwarf asters, hydrangeas, many plants tropical (including the Victoria cruziana), rare species such as Dicksonia antartica and Davidia involucrata).
