LA STRADA DEI FORMAGGITo find the best cheeses and agricultural food production in the Veneto mountains, then ‘The Road of Cheeses and Flavours of the Belluno Dolomites’ is the right itinerary. The course was designed to enhance the dairy production and quality food in the Belluno area, thereby supporting local businesses and cultural heritage, both at risk under commercial pressures larger.
There are ten possible routes to follow: Alpago, Arabba Marmolada di Cadore Auronzo Misurina Owl – Conca Agordina – Zoldo Comelico Sapphire, Cortina – Valboite, Feltre, Valbelluna – Destra Piave, Valbelluna – Sinistra Piave, Valbiois. Each route takes guests between pastures and dairies mountain huts and cottages, agricultural producers and local shops but will also discover the fascinating landscapes of the Belluno Dolomites.
